My own journey has taken me through many of life's most challenging experiences so the chances are that whatever you are struggling with right now, there's a good chance that I've been exactly where you are now.
My educational background is psychology, coaching and the omnium method of energetic clearing. Through navigating my own challenges, I've also created my own tools and hacks to support your wellbeing and expansion. For the past 13 years, I've been supporting my clients across the globe online in private sessions, online classes, and in-person workshops. I work from a neuro-affirming perspective, which means I recognize and support neurodivergence and embrace the uniqueness of each individual!
